Payment
Payment at the time of service is required. Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
Insurance
Some insurance plans do pay for acupuncture. Check with your insurance to see if they cover it. I will provide you with a super-bill with all the necessary and pertinent information on it, so that you may be reimbursed for your treatment. If you have a flexible spending account at work, you can use it to pay for acupuncture and herbs.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel, please call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so your time can be made available to another client. If you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance - or if you miss your scheduled appointment - you will be charged the full fee. Monday appointments need to be cancelled on Saturday as our office is closed on Sunday.
